NCHC hosted 2023 SP-ISAC information security salon to provide technical exchanges and trend sharing in information security

In order to elevate the basic protective capabilities of science parks in information security and strengthen the services provided, this information security salon will not just provide rich technical exchanges and information security trend sharing, but also solicit and listen to users' feedback on the service content and methods currently provided by SP-ISAC while establishing a communication conduit among industry, government, and SP-ISAC, becoming an information security partner of high-tech park businesses, and jointly maintaining the information security defense for the industries in science parks.
Invited industry, academic, and research leaders discussed and shared information security issues. The first stage of the agenda was SP-ISAC results sharing given by NCHC section leader Li Boyi. Li Wenkai and Huang Zixing, manager and deputy manager, respectively, of the Information Security Department of Innolux, were invited to share their company's information security development plan, Information Security Consulting Director Xu Enzhe of Aoyi Wisdom explained how to "make good use of AI to drive information security resilience", and Fortinet Taiwan Vice President for Business Liu Xianzhong talked about "key information security protection".

After a guided tour of the NCHC CGGCinformation security attack and defense competition, the event moved to the second stage of the agenda. Wen Zhiren, a data analyst from New Partner Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to share recent information security cases, and Lin Shengyuan, Chief Technology Officer of EQ Information Technologies, Inc. , gave a talk on "Dissecting the security blind spots of virtual data centers". Finally, the information security salon forum was moderated by NCHC Director General Chau-Lyan Chang and the panelists were Su Junrong, Chief of Personnel of the General Office of Personnel and Administration of the Executive Yuan, Zhou Ziyuan, Director of the Information Office of the National Science and Technology Council, and Feng Junjie of Lianhua Electronics Information Engineering Office. The panel discussed various aspects such as the current scarcity of information security talents in the country, the lack of information security laws, and information security staff salary levels.
