Hsu Yu-Jen, member of Legislative Yuan, and American experts on East Asia visited NCHC

On November 28, Hsu Yu-Jen, member of Legislative Yuan, invited William C. Hannas and Huey-meei Chang, research fellows at the Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET) of Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University, to visit the NCHC.
