Introduction

Saving time, improving quality, and controlling manufacturing costs are the primary focus of any product development plan. By conducting numerical simulations (e.g. structural, mechanical, modal, impact, and CFD analysis) on a product, its performance and quality can be tested quickly and at a lower cost. We have collaborated with local academia and industry to conduct a variety of numerical simulation projects. From large-scale consumer products such as automobiles to tiny MEMS-related electronic components, we consistently produce outstanding results. In the future, we will broaden the range and scope of our numerical simulation projects.

Going Forward

Through the numerical simulation projects we've developed over the years, we've gained outstanding knowledge, experience, and results. Recently, our focus has been on multi-physics simulations such as electro and thermo-structural analysis. Going forward, we will focus on the following numerical simulation/engineering topics:
  • Structural analysis and impact simulations,
  • Mechanism analysis,
  • Customized pre/post processing interface development,
  • Thermal stress analysis,
  • Aerodynamic and multiphase flow simulations,
  • Mode flow simulations,
  • Electro-magnetic analysis, and
  • Coupled-field analysis (i.e. fluid and electrostatic-structural analysis).
