
To pursue the management benchmark and to provide customers with quality services, the NCHC re-proceeded ISO certification processes this year. As expected, the NCHC received the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and ISO 27001:2007 Information Security Management certifications. The NCHC is the first research center under NARL to achieve such a special honor. The ISO certifications for quality and information security indicate the NCHC’s commitment to provide the highest level of service quality and information security to all customers.
Since 2003, the NCHC has actively and aggressively inspected the organization and integrated its management processes to improve service quality and to keep its determination on enhancing service satisfaction in R&D. Obtaining the ISO 9001 certification for quality management in 2005 and the ISO 27001 certification for information security in 2006 demonstrates the NCHC’s consideration and efforts to the improvement of customer satisfaction and the protection of information asset and customer information. In the future, the NCHC will strengthen its foundation and continue to provide highest quality services trusted by customers.
