Structural & Mechanism Analysis
In this research, the finite element method is used to analyze the various physical characteristics of various types of devices. Some of the physical characteristics of the devices examined include their structural strength, stiffness, deformation probability, vibration, fatigue, non-linear static & dynamic characteristics, and rigid/flexible mechanism under external input loading. The results of these analyses reveal whether a product is well-designed or not. Some practical applications we have worked on in the past are listed below:
- The structural analysis and dynamic simulation of a motorcycle
- The nonlinear stress and vibration analysis of a heat-resistant fan
- The structural analysis of a USB connector
- The mechanical behavior analysis of a micro bolometer
- Automobile frontal impact simulation
- The system optimization and dynamic analysis of a bicycle
- The analysis of a toggle-type injection molding machine
- Bus superstructure and rollover analysis
